Testing and Grading System


At BIS, pupils are assessed in the cognitive, Affective and psychomotor domains, a number of times and at certain intervals using a variety of assessment techniques such as class works, tests, projects and assignment. These are uses to assess a wide range of attainment of excellence in both moral, Islamic and basic educational targets.

The breakdown of termly assessment is as follows:-

1st C.A. Class work 10%
2nd C.A Standard Test 10%
3rd C.A Assignment 10%
4th C.A Project 10%
5th C.A Affective 10%
6th C.A. Psychomotor 10%
Termly Examination 40%
